Cesium Developer Conference 2025 にて登壇しました

From June 23-25, 2025, we had the honor of speaking at the Cesium Developer Conference 2025, held in Philadelphia, USA. In this post, I’d like to share what I presented, the exciting exchanges that took place, and some reflections on what’s next for us.
2025年6月23日〜25日、米国フィラデルフィアにおいて、Cesium Developer Conference 2025が開催され、登壇しプレゼンを行う機会をいただきました。本記事では、私たちが発表した内容、現地で得た交流、そして今後の展望についてお伝えします。

◆Introducing Our In-House GIS Viewer: P3D
社内GISビューア「P3D」の紹介
On the first day of the conference, I gave a presentation on our internal GIS viewer, P3D. Built on TerriaMap, which itself is powered by Cesium, P3D extends the platform with several in-house features that we’ve found extremely useful in our projects. We were excited to showcase it to the Cesium community as a fully Cesium-based viewer.
カンファレンス初日、弊社が独自に開発したGISビューア「P3D」について発表しました。P3DはTerriaMapをベースに構築されており、さらに私たちが業務に必要と考える独自の機能を複数追加。完全なCesiumベースのビューアとして、より使いやすく、実践的なツールに仕上げています。今回、世界中の開発者コミュニティに向けて紹介できたことを誇りに思います。

◆A Valuable Learning Experience
貴重な学びの機会
Beyond my own presentation, the conference offered a wealth of inspiring talks from companies and developers around the world I had the opportunity to get a lot of ideas after watching other people’s presentations, and I even came up with some ideas to pursue my own Cesium Certified Developer certification, based on an app I created on that same day.
私自身のプレゼンテーション以外にも、世界中の企業や開発者による多くの刺激的な講演がありました。他の方々の発表を見ることでたくさんのアイディアを得ることができ、さらにその日のうちに作成したアプリをきっかけに、将来的に自分個人でCesium Certified Developer（Cesium認定開発者）の資格取得を目指そうという新たな目標も生まれました。

◆Networking and Community: A Highlight of the Event
ネットワーキングとコミュニティ
Other than the actual talks from many companies, there were plenty of different parties and opportunities to speak with other developers and share knowledge with the people who were there. We ate a lot while talking, and it was a really nice opportunity to make new friends and contacts for future opportunities. Although our schedule didn’t allow much time to explore Philadelphia, the experience at the conference more than made up for it. I look forward to future opportunities to return.
カンファレンス期間中は技術的な講演だけではなく、開発者同士の交流イベントや懇親会があり、知識を共有する時間が豊富にありました。美味しい食事を楽しみながら会話し、新たな友人や今後のビジネスにつながる人脈を築く素晴らしい機会となりました。残念ながらフィラデルフィアの観光に使える時間はほとんどありませんでしたが、今回の経験自体がそれ以上に価値あるものでした。次回訪問する日には、もう少し街も楽しみたいです。
Finally, it was a pleasure to be able to speak there thanks to the invitation from the Cesium team, and we hope we can create many more business opportunities based on the great people we met there.
最後に、今回の登壇は、Cesiumチームの皆様からのお招きのおかげで実現しました。現地で出会った素晴らしい方々との繋がりを大切にしながら、今後更なるコラボレーションやビジネスチャンスを生み出していきたいと思います。
